Staff Structure and Teams
At Ystruth, we work as a Primary Phase to meet the needs of the continuum of the Welsh 3-16 Curriculum as outlined in Curriculum for life and Successful Futures.
All Teachers are allocated as subject Leaders and will be aligned to a team. Teams consist of Senior Leadership, Teachers, Support Staff and Governors. Our Pupil Participation groups feed into the work of our teams.
